Casale il Cerro is a charming independent villa, an old, stone-built house which has now been restored and boasts every modern convenience. Just under a kilometre away from Tenuta le Piane, where its owners reside, Il Cerro occupies a quiet, private position with a secluded garden, private swimming pool and magnificent views of the Sibillini mountains and surrounding valleys.

The local town of Sarnano is ten minutes’ drive away and has a perfectly preserved medieval centre and thermal baths. All your shopping needs can be met here and the local people go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. In the wider area there is a wealth of places to visit and things to do, from Roman ruins and the Macerata opera festival to walking or mountain biking in the surrounding national park.
